Friday the 19th October 2007: We are very happy to report we have had a first foal for the 2007 season "Brenton Park Delight" a black riding pony born in the early hours. Mother Lilly (Single Digit) and daughter are doing very well and we couldn't be happier.
Special thanks to Merv Symes and Michelle Feldtmann for this opportunity for us to breed our future galloway by the lovely Myscal Galaxy.

Brenton Park Delight

VALE MYSCAL JAGUAR 2000 - 2007
It is with much sadness we report the passing of Myscal Jaguar, being the sire of our future sire Myscal Hattrick.
Jaguar has died in his prime he was the leading sire for Merv Symes the stud principle of Myscal Stud
Jaguar sustained a fatal snake bite.
He has left behind a small crop of beautiful off-spring and his two full brothers
Myscal Galaxy and Myscal Ali
Our heart felt sympathy goes out to our dear friend Merv and all involved with the stud.
We are pleased to announce the safe arrival of our last foal for the season Brenton Park Quest (Weston Sun - Glengwin Harlequin) Tuesday morning 8/01/08 at 10.30am! He is a creme / palomino and will make an absolute stunning leading rein / childs pony. He has little devil ears a white blaze.
Mother and Son are doing very well...

Vale Merv Symes 21st February 2008
It is with much sadness we grieve the passing of a very special person
Merv was not only a very dear friend but family to me!
A notable horseman and stud master breeding, training and showing horses right thru to royal show level, he had at one stage 4 stallions at stud.
His presence will be forever missed especially by our stud.
Our thoughts are with Marj, Janet and Tim along with Michelle Feldtmann
We will endeavor to fly the Myscal Stud flag for years to come
Out of one mans vision comes a life time of searching "to breed a better one"
Your friend for ever Jonesy (I'll miss our chats & friendship mate)

It is with great thanks to Paige Saunders of Yurrugar Stud
enabling us to purchase the lovely
"Salisbury Satine"
(Langtree Eye of the Storm - Wedgnock Coffee Pot (Imp) / Lady Marlin - Keltrice (ASB)
We have always admired this mare and had a little to do with her whilst she was still owned and shown by Salisbury Stud Diane and Shane Doherty.
We now welcome her to Brenton Park
We intend to show her in the coming season then breed her.
Paige has also allowed us to lease the lovely "Balgower Riff Raff" to breed to Hattrick this season this gives us another out-cross with arabian lines.

Stud News: As we eagerly await the arrival of our first Myscal Hattrick stock, we have decided to lease the lovely "Kirreway Eloquent" ( Rotherwood Acrobat - Regent Park Melba)
She is in foal to the elegant "Kinsbrook Royal Charm" for a early September foal
which will be retained by Brenton Park!
We then intend to join Ellie with Hattrick for a 2009 foal.
This enables us an outcross with great bloodlines. Many thanks to Kaylene from Kinsbrook Stud.
Looking at our mares we have decided to join Salisbury Satine in the early spring to the lovely
"Rathowen Song & Dance" who is standing at Naringa Stud Whittington.
Song and Dance is an underated sire and we thank Joan and Penny for allowing us this oppurtunity to breed with him and we look forward to next years foal from Satine .
September is an exciting month for "Brenton Park" and is highlighted by our move to our new home located on the the Bellarine Peninsula. This property gives us an outstanding view, great pastures and our stock at our back door!
A lovely property with undulating paddocks all set with our horses in mind!
This all timed perfectly for the arrival of Eloquent's foal which is due on the 20th of this month.
Introducing Brenton Park Royal Charm
She arrived at 2am on Wednesday 08/10.
Kinsbrook Royal Charm - Kirreway Eloquent
Both mother and daughter are doing very well at 2 weeks over due she is supporting a rather long coat and is a bit crumpled as the pictures at one day old shows but everything is in the right place
and she should mature beautifully.
Aiming to breed quality, temperament and Versatility
